Hmm, favorite album from another band.that's a tough one.I'll go with 'In the Aeroplane Over the Sea' by Neutral Milk Hotel. I remember sensing a lot of creative energy when we got together to write for those few months. Lots of good memories from the time we were writing and recording that record. My favorite album of ours is Brother, Sister. That being said, I am a Christian, but I don't understand calling things 'Christian' and secular. It gives room for creativity to speak so people can draw their own meaning from it, as opposed to being told how to interpret it. I think that ambiguity in art can be very beautiful. Saying you're a Christian band has its own baggage with it that I'd rather not associate with. I'm sure if you sat down with any of us we'd have very different things to say about what we think about God and Christianity. Well, you're dealing with four (used to be five) individuals. I first want to note that one of your questions is a question we always laugh about, as its become the quintessential interview question- 'So are you guys a Christian band or Christians in a band?' I always think its funny to call a band Christian, as if the band itself has its own set of beliefs aside from its members.
